Shipping

Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday by 2pm PST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Saturday delivery is currently not available. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday, with the exception of holidays. Please note we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Package Protection with Route 

We’ve partnered with Route, a package protection and tracking solution, to ensure the best delivery experience. Route offers low-cost shipping protection in case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you opt out of Route’s insurance, Loren Stewart is not responsible for your package once it has been handed over to the carrier.

If you purchased insurance and experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.

Notice

Shipping carriers will attempt to deliver shipments 1-3 times before they are returned to Loren Stewart. Loren Stewart is not responsible for additional shipping fees if the customer is unable to receive the shipment.

Loren Stewart is not responsible for delays in service by third party shipping carriers. In the event of such a delay, Loren Stewart is not responsible for refunding the customer’s shipping charges.

136 currencies are accepted on lorenstewart.com with guaranteed foreign exchange rates for up to 30 days. Here is a list of the unsupported countries and/or currencies. Regardless of the service you choose, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. Duties are calculated and collected at checkout. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by DHL, and are not necessarily guaranteed. 

Returns

We hope you love your Loren Stewart purchase, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the item’s receipt. 

All returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Initiated within 30 days of fulfillment 
  • Item is in original condition - unworn and unaltered
  • Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (branded box & pouch). Original tags attached (if applicable)

The following exclusions apply: 

  • Loren Stewart 'Herringbone' chain styles are only returnable within 14 days in original packaging as this chain is delicate by nature and cannot be repaired.
  • Only one exchange per item.
  • Final Sale, Vintage, promotional, and custom or engraved items are final sale.

How to file a return: 

  • You will need your order number (starts with #) and the email associated with your order.
  • Select the items you would like to return, exchange and/or receive store credit for and the reason.
  • Choose between a QR code option or a printable label for your return.
  • Drop off your package at the nearest return location. Keep your proof of postage until your return is processed.
  • Your package will be shipped to our office and processed within 3-7 business days. Returns may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

Domestic Returns

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, but exchanges and store credit qualify for free return shipping. If your product happens to arrive in anything less than perfect condition, of course you may send it back to us.

International Returns

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping fees, customs, duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. To avoid delays, we recommend dropping off your return within 7 to 10 days at your local facility.

Additional Notes:

Loren Stewart reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet our policy conditions. If you have any questions, our customer support team is happy to assist you.

Note: Items purchased through a third party vendor (outside of Lorenstewart.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Repairs

Loren Stewart offers repair services for jewelry within 2 years of the purchase date shown on the original receipt. We will cover the cost of repair if the damage to due to a manufacturing defect within the first 90 days. If the damage is due to customer wear or handling, a repair fee may be incurred. Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis by our design team. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all repairs. 

Exclusions: Loren Stewart's 'Herringbone' chain styles and Natural Stone Objects are delicate by nature and cannot be repaired.

How to initiate a repair: 

  1. Email support@lorenstewart.com noting your reason for repair and attach a picture of the item. Please include your order number in the subject line. Any items shipped without prior notification may be subject to processing delay.
  2. If approved, you will receive a return authorization email and instructions for shipping your repair. Customers are responsible for covering shipping. 
  3. When the repair is complete, you will receive an email from our customer support representative with an invoice for shipping and a tracking number. Please note a $10 shipping fee will apply.  

 

Loren Stewart has the right to deny a repair.

Shipping & Handling

Any shipping & handling costs and sales or use tax will be added by Loren Stewart as necessary. Loren Stewart reserves the right to restrict delivery to US and international addresses.

Sales & Promotions

Promotions and sales are valid only during their promotional period, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Sale, Archival Collection, Vintage Capsule, exclusive collaborations and select LS exclusives are not included in promotional offers. 

Price Changes

Loren Stewart reserve the right to change product pricing and specifications without prior notice or obligation to the customer. Product pricing and specifications are subject to change due to the fluctuating pricing of 10Kt gold, 14Kt gold, sterling silver, and precious and semi-precious stones. Customers will be promptly notified of price discrepancies whenever possible. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price, Loren Stewart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of prior processing. Loren Stewart will promptly refund any processed payment that has been made for an incorrect price.
