Refund policy
We hope you love your Loren Stewart purchase, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the items receipt. If an exchange is less than the original amount, a customer will receive a store credit for the balance. Not to worry, store credits do not expire! Exchanges are only permitted once per item purchased.
Loren Stewart 'Herringbone' chain styles are only returnable unworn within 14 days as this chain is delicate by nature and cannot be repaired. Sale, Vintage, promotional, and custom or engraved items are final sale.
Email support@lorenstewart.com to begin the return or exchange process. Please include your order number in the subject line. Any items shipped without prior notification may be subject to processing delay.
Print a copy of the original invoice for the item and include it in the return or exchange shipment. Except in the case of defective items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping service must include tracking service and we recommend adding insurance for high-value shipments ($1,500 USD or more).
Loren Stewart is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping process. We encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, preferably in the original packaging. We recommend using UPS or USPS.
Once the shipment is received, the request will be processed within 3-7 business days, and the customer will receive an email confirmation of the return or exchange.
